Historic boulevards, independent restaurants, local businesses and easy Blue Line access make Logan Square one of Chicago's most distinctive neighborhoods.

As both a Logan Square resident and Chicago Realtor, it's an area I know especially well. I love that it offers different experiences within the same neighborhood—from the activity surrounding Milwaukee Avenue to quieter residential blocks around Palmer Square and the boulevards.

The Neighborhood

Logan Square centers around its namesake square and Illinois Centennial Monument, with Logan and Kedzie Boulevards creating some of the neighborhood's most recognizable residential streets.

Milwaukee Avenue is the primary commercial corridor, connecting Logan Square with Avondale, Bucktown and Wicker Park. The CTA Blue Line provides convenient access to both downtown Chicago and O'Hare.

Lifestyle

Logan Square makes it easy to stay local. Restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, breweries, music venues and independent businesses are woven throughout the neighborhood.

The Logan Square Farmers Market is a neighborhood staple, while Palmer Square, the historic boulevards and nearby 606 provide plenty of opportunities to get outside.

Logan Square Homes & Real Estate

Real estate in Logan Square is incredibly varied. Buyers will find classic Chicago two- and three-flats, greystones, vintage condos and workers' cottages alongside newer condominiums and contemporary single-family homes.
